Packages: 

  • Buffet Package- Perfect for large gatherings and celebrations. Includes a choice of mains, sides, and desserts, plus serving staff and buffet setup.

  • Plated Dining Package- Ideal for weddings, formal dinners, or smaller intimate events. Includes table service and individually plated meals.

  • Delivery-Only Package- Freshly prepared Caribbean dishes delivered straight to your venue. Ideal for casual parties or home celebrations.

  • Corporate Package- Tailored menus and service for business lunches, conferences, or staff celebrations.

  • Celebration Package- For birthdays, anniversaries, or family functions, which includes full catering service with flexible menu choices and setup options.

5 | FAQs

How far in advance should I book?

  • We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to give us time to make your event perfect. For larger events (50+ guests), please allow up to 8 weeks’ notice where possible.This gives us plenty of time to make your event perfect and to give you peace of mind too. Early booking also allows flexibility in case you need to make any last-minute changes.

Will we require a deposit?

  • We do take deposits of 25%, however payment will be required in full no later than 14 days prior to the event. 

 

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

  • Yes, we do! We cater to a variety of dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, and allergen-specific options. For smooth organisation, we recommend that you share menus with your guests in advance so they can RSVP with any requirements. You can then send us the final list, and we’ll make sure everyone is well looked after.

Is delivery included in the price?

  • No

Is rubbish clearance incuded in the price?

  • We do add an additional fee for rubbish clearance after the event if that is something youre interested in. This fee goes towards paying our staff for the extra time they will take when completing this task. 

Will we need parking?

  • It is pivotal that there is parking for a large van that will deliver the food and dressings (if required). 

Can I request a tasting?

  • We understand how important it is to feel confident about your menu choices, and we’re proud to say our food speaks for itself!

  • While we don’t offer private tastings, you’re welcome to sample our dishes at our Caribbean Takeaway spot in Neasden, where we serve the same flavour-filled food and island vibes we bring to every event.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking (minimum 4 weeks before your event). This secures your date and allows us to begin preparations.

  • The final balance is then due 2 weeks before the event (75%).

  • If you cancel within the first 2 weeks of booking, your deposit will be non-refundable, as we reserve that date exclusively for you and turn away other enquiries.

  • If you cancel between 2 weeks before the event and the event date itself, 50% of the total event cost will still be charged. This is because by that stage, we will have already purchased ingredients and equipment, confirmed staff, and begun event preparations.

  • Cancellations made after the final payment will then only recieve a refund of the remaining 25%.
